What is 6E treats program ?
The Customer can earn 6E Rewards on the bill amount paid at the participating outlets through a valid 6E Rewards Co-brand Credit Card. The 6E Rewards can be earned only by paying on www.6etreats.com

In which cities is the 6E treats program present ?
6E Treats program is currently present in 19 Cities: Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Chennai, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, New Delhi, Noida, Pune, Surat, Thane and Vadodara. It will be expanded to all cities where IndiGo has an active connection.

Is there a kids policy ?
Kids Policies differs for each of our restaurant partners. This is subject to the specific restaurant policies and would request you to confirm the same with the specific restaurant partner. Though the offer has no binding on the Kids, but the participating restaurant could have a specific Kids Policy which would need to be adhered.

In case you have been charged but the partner restaurant has not received a notification ?
In that case, you can connect with IndiGo Customer Care team on 0124-6173838, 9910383838 or email- customer.relations@goindigo.in and provide the transaction details for a quick resolution.

How do i get a refund for the charge on my 6E Rewards Co-brand Credit Card ?
All transactions are processed and charged by the customer at the restaurant partner location, so we do not hold any liability to the charge on your card for the services availed at the restaurant partner to take benefit of this program.

Can I reserve a table in any of these restaurants listed in this site ?
You can’t book a table through this website. You may visit the particular restaurant of your choice personally.

In case of an unsuccessful transaction using the 6E Rewards Co-brand Credit Card due to low or no internet connectivity, how do I accrue 6E Reward points in this case ?
In case of unsuccessful transaction, the accrual of points won’t be valid.

When will the 6E Rewards be accrued in my account post transaction ?
Accrual process will take approximately 30 days’ post transaction.

How frequently can I visit these restaurants? Are there any visit restrictions ?
There’s no restrictions on how many times you can visit in a month/year

How can I see restaurant menus in this website ?
We do not show the restaurant menus here. You may visit the particular restaurant personally for that.

Do you have takeout /home delivery service ?
This is only a dining platform.

Can i pay cash ?
To earn 6E Rewards, payment must be made only through 6E Rewards Co-brand Credit Card on www.6etreats.com. However, cash payment is accepted too but no 6E Rewards will be earned.
