Terms & Conditions
- ‘6E Treats’ is a portal where a Member may earn 6E Rewards by dining at partner restaurants as listed on such portal. Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Terms and Conditions of the 6E Rewards Program.
- Members of the 6E Rewards Program may earn 6E Rewards on spends/ transactions undertaken at restaurant partners for dining at the restaurant, paid for utilizing their Co-branded Card, through this portal.
- Accrual of 6E Rewards applies to restaurants set forth at www.6etreats.com. 6E Rewards accrued will not be transferable, and are not for sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash. A Members’ 6E Rewards Account will automatically be credited with 6E Rewards earned by virtue of transactions done using the 6E Treats portal.
- No redemption of 6E Rewards is permitted on the 6E Treats portal.
- The 6E Treats portal does not guarantee a reservation or admission at partner restaurants.
- Members are required to pay their dining bill at an enlisted restaurant partner through the 6E Treats portal in order to accrue 6E Rewards as per the 6E Rewards accrual table set forth in IndiGo
- While making a payment, Members shall be required to provide their registered mobile number, restaurant invoice and total invoice value at the requisite place on the 6E Treats portal to complete the transaction.
- 6E Rewards will accrue in accordance with the total value of the transaction undertaken on the Co-branded Card at the 6E Treats portal and will be credited to the Member’s 6E Rewards Account upon payment confirmation from the partner restaurant. In the event there is any concern regarding accrual or credit of 6E Rewards to a member on use of the 6E Treats portal that is required to be resolved, a copy of the bill from the partner restaurant is mandatory.
- Partner restaurants may be updated from time to time on the 6E Treats portal and Members are advised to review the partnership status on the 6E Treats portal. Terms and conditions of partner restaurants shall apply to dining at the restaurant.
- The images of the partner restaurants on the 6E Treats portal are for illustration only and may not be an exact representation of such restaurant or venue.
- IndiGo reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to 6E Treats without assigning any reason.
- By logging onto the 6E Treats portal, a Member consents to IndiGo (i) creating, maintaining and updating data that is personal to the Member, and (ii) disclosing, without notice to the Member, information furnished by the Member on the 6E Treats portal, to such service providers and partners as IndiGo may deem fit. Such data and information includes Membership data (such as the Members’ name, address, telephone number, Co-branded Card details, payment and transaction history etc.) and data concerning communication with IndiGo and will be maintained and updated for the purpose of providing relevant information and services to the Member.
- IndiGo reserves the right to use security checks which may require Members to authenticate themselves in accordance with a three domain (3D) structure authentication to confirm their identity.
- IndiGo will endeavour to ensure the availability of services provided on 6E Treats portal and partner restaurants but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by IndiGo and partner restaurants to provide such services.
- IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination or change of the benefits, facilities and arrangements which are made available to Members on the 6E Treats portal, including, without limitation, partner restaurants’ removal, withdrawal or the withdrawal or limiting of any such services, benefits or facilities.
- In the event that a payment towards a bill to a partner restaurant fails to go through on the 6E Treats portal, however, the amount towards such payment is debited from the Member’s Co-branded Card, (i) the Member shall be required to settle such bill directly with the partner restaurant using any alternate mode of payment, and (ii) such debited amount will be credited to the Member’s Co-branded Card within ten (10) business days of being intimated by the Member.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. IndiGo and each Member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian (New Delhi) courts to resolve any disputes that may arise in relation to these terms and conditions and/or the usage of the 6E Treats portal.

- Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of the 6E Rewards Program (“Terms and Conditions”).
- In order to be eligible for Bonus 6E Rewards under the Offer, the Member shall, (i) pay for their dining during the Offer Period, and (ii) use the Co-branded Card to make payment of the entire amount spent on dining, on the 6eTreats.com website (owned by IndiGo and managed and hosted by Thriwe Consulting Pvt. Ltd.).
- The Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period.
- Bonus 6E Rewards under the Offer will be credited to the Member’s Membership Account 30 days after the completion of payment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- IndiGo reserves the right to modify, change or rescind all or any of these terms and conditions without assigning any reason
- The Terms and Conditions apply to the Offer and in case of any conflict between these terms and conditions of the Offer and the Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions of the Offer shall prevail.
- Bonus 6E Rewards will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance to the Member.
- This Offer is applicable only to restaurants partnered with with6eTreats.com subject to making payment of the entire amount for dining through 6eTreats.com.
